Grand Theft Auto: Vice City was released in 2002 by the famous Rockstar Games studios. The game’s design was based on simulating the 1980s in the United States. This is evident in the open world design in which GTA Vice City takes place, including buildings, cars, roads, and all the elements that the player interacts with. While it may look classic, it was developed and implemented using 3D technologies of good quality compared to the technologies available for graphic design at the time of the game’s production.
